This project was carried out by the University of Vienna, Department of Hydrobotany at the Institut of Ecology and Conservation Biology, and was financed by the Austrian ministry "Bundesministerium für Bildung, Wissenschaft und Kultur"
It started in October 2001 and ended in May 2005.
